• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Netly, a Netly employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Netly, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Event Registration and Payments

When you register for paid events through Netly, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual event hosts and will be clearly displayed before registration.

5. Event Hosting

If you host events through Netly, you agree to provide accurate event information, honor your commitments to attendees, and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content and conduct of your events. Netly reserves the right to remove events that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Payouts for Event Hosts

Event hosts who collect payments through Netly must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. Payouts are subject to Stripe's terms and processing times. Netly may withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Netly service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Netly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Netly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
