By using Netly, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Netly may only be used for lawful, professional, and constructive purposes.
You may not use Netly to harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, impersonate others, promote illegal activity, or engage in non-professional solicitation.
All messages and interactions should remain professional and relevant.
Unwanted contact, repeated messaging after disengagement, aggressive promotion, or inappropriate language is not permitted.
Groups should be centered around shared goals, industries, or interests. Group hosts are responsible for setting expectations and moderating participation.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of groups may result in removal.
Event hosts are solely responsible for their events, including accuracy of details, compliance with venue rules and laws, and creating a respectful environment.
Netly does not organize, supervise, or control events.
Event attendees are expected to follow event rules, respect hosts and other attendees, and leave events that feel unsafe.
Respect personal boundaries at all times. Do not pressure others to share personal information, meet in person, or move conversations off the Platform.
Recording, photographing, or sharing content involving others requires appropriate consent where required by law.
Verification features are intended to support trust. False claims, misuse of verification, or misrepresentation of credentials may result in account action.
Netly may take action for violations of these guidelines, including content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.
Decisions are made at Netly’s discretion to protect the community.
Users are encouraged to report behavior that violates these guidelines through the Platform or by contacting support.
